United Property Management is a family owned and operated business located near the heart of Loma Linda. Our office is conveniently located at the entrance to the City of Loma Linda near the corner of Redlands Blvd. and Anderson St. Here, our friendly staff assists with all tenant and owner relations. Our experienced office and maintenance staff works to satisfy current and prospective tenants with a “get the work done” attitude.

The original founders of our business, Willard and Patricia Stewart, married in 1948 and moved into their home located near our current location. Willard was a certified contractor and served on the Board of Directors of the Apartment Association for many years. He built some of the apartments we now manage. In 1964 Willard and Patricia started this family business with just 60 apartment units in Loma Linda. 44 years, 4 children, 11 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren later the United Property Management family now manages over 350 units in Loma Linda and other nearby cities.

Willard and Patricia were survived by their daughter and two sons. Their daughter, Mary Shaw-McMinn, has been working for the business for over 20 years and is the manager and Realtor/Broker for United Property Management.

Leasing the Property

• All contracts contain the most current disclosures and protections available to the property owner as recommended by the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS

• Tailored lease agreements to fit your wants and needs

• Collect rents and security deposits

• Signed and verified Move In/Move Out Inspections check list

Property Maintenance

• Owner authorization required for repairs over $500, except in emergencies

• Owner option to select, supervise and directly pay for any repairs

• Tenants contact us for repairs and all issues relating to the property

• Serve all Tenant Notices and provide Eviction Services

• Monthly computerized reports and bill paying
